DUI and Chemical Test Refusal Allegation Dismissed!

Our client was charged with DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol) and refusing a chemical test.  An investigation of the facts by Attorney Robert Ernenwein revealed that the client did not actually refuse the chemical test.  This was so because the office failed to adequately advise our client of his obligation to take the chemical test and, second, Attorney Ernenwein was able to discover that the client did agree to take the chemical test but was never given the opportunity to complete one!

The case settled for a Dismissal of the DUI charge.  The case further settled for a reduction of the case to a non-alcohol related reckless driving.  This new offense is what is considered "non-priorable!"

Our client was ordered to pay a fine of approximately $500, with no other obligations! Yet another excellent result that one of our Torrance criminal defense lawyers were able to achieve for our client!
