Palm Desert officers are completing an investigation into the alleged incident. They will turn it over to Riverside County Prosecutors, who will then decide whether to prosecute Lohan.
The incident could also be found to be a violation of the terms of her probation in her 2007 drunk driving arrest. That means she could be going back to jail. Under the terms of her probation, the court required Lohan to obey all laws.
